Following your initial consultation, we typically complete the matching process within two to three weeks. This allows time for thorough compatibility assessment whilst maintaining momentum.
Can I change my mentor if the match isn't working?
Yes. Whilst we invest considerable effort in initial matching, we understand that some pairings may not achieve optimal rapport. Participants may request reassignment within the first month at no additional cost.
Are sessions conducted in person or remotely?
Both options are available. Many mentor-mentee pairs establish a combination approach, meeting in person periodically whilst conducting interim sessions via video conference.
